سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع Return & Exchange Policy
يحق للعميل استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام. Customers may exchange their order within 7 days from the delivery date.
يحق للعميل استرجاع المنتج خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة أو وصول منتج مختلف عن المطلوب. Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item is defective or if an incorrect product was delivered.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، بدون استخدام، مع جميع التيكات والتغليف الأصلي. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو غسلها أو تعرضت لأي تلف من جانب العميل. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
في حالة رغبة العميل في الاستبدال بسبب المقاس أو اللون، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وعودة. If the exchange is requested due to a size or colour change, the customer is responsible for both shipping costs.
في حالة وجود خطأ من جانب المتجر (مقاس أو منتج مختلف أو عيب صناعة)، يتحمل المتجر جميع تكاليف الشحن. If the error is on our side (wrong item, wrong size, or manufacturing defect), LUSEDO will cover all shipping costs.
لا يتم رد قيمة الشحن بعد تنفيذ عملية التوصيل إلا إذا كان الخطأ من جانب المتجر. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered, unless the mistake was made by LUSEDO.
يتم فحص المنتج قبل الموافقة النهائية على الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع. All returned items are inspected before the exchange or return request is approved.
