Customers may exchange their order within 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the item is defective or if an incorrect product was delivered.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the exchange is requested due to a size or colour change, the customer is responsible for both shipping costs.
If the error is on our side (wrong item, wrong size, or manufacturing defect), LUSEDO will cover all shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been delivered, unless the mistake was made by LUSEDO.
All returned items are inspected before the exchange or return request is approved.

A — Length: From the highest shoulder point to the bottom hem.
B — Width: Measured across the chest from underarm to underarm.
C — Sleeve Length: From the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.
